Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
SugaNat Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Hello, I've recently installed IP.Content and I'm having a problem when posting new article from the main page. The content field is missing. This doesn't seem to be a theme problem as the same thing is showing (or rather not showing) in Default theme. The only application installed was Converter (I moved news from Wordpress to IPB). My forum is currently locked so I can't show a preview but I was wondering if anyone maybe had a similar problem?
opentype Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Each database field has its own permission settings. Check if the content field is allowed for the group who is trying to create a record.

opentype Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 No. The permission settings for the content FIELD, not the database.
SugaNat Posted September 29, 2016 Author Posted September 29, 2016 I'm used to IPB 3.x so the AdminCP in Suit 4 got me completely lost. Where can I find these?
opentype Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Pages → Content → [Your Database] → Fields
SugaNat Posted September 29, 2016 Author Posted September 29, 2016 OMG you are a life saver! Thank you!! I didn't notice that!
