Leaderboard based on points

Is there a plugin that would allow me to create a leaderboard and that leaderboard would be updated automatically based upon points that are donated or given user to user?

As an example, a user posts a very helpful topic and another user donated 50 points. I want all the users to be on the leaderboard and for that score to automatically update the rankings.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Joel. I saw that it had a leaderboard by week on the example.

Question: Can that be on ongoing board that can be displayed on your home page?

2: If so, can that be updated automatically?

Sorry for the simple questions. I just wanted to verify that it had all of the functionality or will I need to add something else.
