Strange chars in title

After upgraded IPS to the latest version I got some strange chars in title tag. It's all loading like normal, but after a few seconds title tag is being preceded by this: ❚❚. When I click on tab, it disappears, but shortly after it can appear anyway.

Worth noting, this is a Firefox-specific thing. Actually FF 48.0.1. It's not really a big problem, though I'd like to keep my meta tags clean.

It's a 'pause' icon - it indicates that background checking for notifications, replies etc etc is temporarily paused in that browser tab.
