JTHastings Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 I have had a 3.4 forum for almost 2 years now and I am in the process of upgrading to 4.1 and a serious problem has apparently come to light. It seems that anyone using a Verizon phone service (be it an iPhone or an android) is having VERY slow response time (even times out) from our 3.4 forum as well as on the newer 4.1.13 test site. When connecting via wifi - no problem. People using AT&T, no problem. I am at a loss for understanding what the issue might be. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what might be wrong? I suspect Verizon but.....

JTHastings Posted August 9, 2016 Author Posted August 9, 2016 Thanks Rhett, I figured as much as well but what type of problem could it be. The issue comes from various geographic locations, I am thinking something concerning DNS but I just don't know.
