Drop down list selections

It would be great if there was a way to select all in the drop down forum lists on things like sidebar widgets and then manually remove the ones we don't need. At the moment, if you have a long list but don't want to display them all, you need to click each one by one in the 3 places the same sidebar widget appears (front screen, forum screen, topic screen).

For example, if you have 20 forums but only want the sidebar widget to display from 14 of them, you need to select one by one. It would be so much easier, if we could somehow select all, and then untick the 6 we don't want.
