IPS4 Advices for Production/Test servers

Hi all,

I need some advices to choose the best technical organization to set up a production site and a test site.
We have one full licence for IPS4.

Question No. 1:
Is it possible, with the license IPS4, to install IPS4 on 2 distinct servers (a production server and a test server), the test server being accessible only by members of our technical team.

Question No. 2:
In general, what is the best technical organization to set up a IPS4 test site (for testing themes, or homemade scripts) ?

Question 1: Yes you are able to setup a Production(live) and Development(Test) site. You are allowed 1 test install, if you need to change the domain, or install it on another server you will need to reset the url on your license, which you can do once per 6 months. If you install on a local machine you can do that unlimited amount of times.

Question 2: The best environment to test would probably be a local machine, other then that a cheap vps would probably work fine.
