How to get the list of emails of members ?

Hi

I would like to get the list of emails of my members WITH at least one post AND registered since 01/01/2010

How can i do that on phpmyadmin ? or maybe directly in the ACP ?

I would like to get a basic list of emails to be able to send emailings with an external emailing service

ACP -> Members -> Download Member List. There are a few filters but not content count.

Too bad they didnt add a content filter but i could filter the results with Excel
