Sidebar thingy not showing :(

Hey Guys,

so I'd like to fill my sidebar with stuff. unfortunately the little arrow thingy does not show up in the frontend.

any ideas?

hm turns out that only the very first admin has the right to do so? can that be correct? all other users within the administrator user group cannot

That's a moderator and not admin permission. Check your moderator permissions and verify that the 'can manage sidebar' permission is set.
