Combine and Minify CSS?

Hi,

I have just noticed that IPB4 doesn't combine CSS styles, currently I have 9 CSS styles that I would like to merge into one, but I don't want to break anything in the process. Are there any settings in admin CPanel to allow me to do this or will I have to start hacking the code?
