How do I set up individual moderator permissions?

Hello! I'm wondering if there's a way to set individual members, within the Moderators group, to be the moderators of a specific forum in IPB 4.1.x

For example, I have forums X, Y, and Z, and I have Mod A and Mod B. I want to make Mod A the moderator of both forums X and Y, and Mod B have control of forums Y and Z. Is there any way to do that so that Mod A doesn't have control over forum Z, and Mod B over forum X? 

I'm sorry if this has already been posted somewhere, I might have missed it when I was trying to search for the answers.
