Hiding categories/forums?

Hey everyone. So I currently have some categories and forums I have that Id like to save for future use but hide from my users (including myself) on the front end for now. I dont wanna have to recreate them all and reconfig etc.

Is there a way of doing this?

You can simply uncheck all groups on its permissions. It won't be visible/accessible from public side but will exist.
