No editor - Javascript problem

Hi,

Today I bought a license for nvision Power Forum and Pages. Once installed I found a problem. On all the pages with a form the editor didn't show up.

In Firefox their javascript console I get a few Reference and Type errors.

How can I fix this problems and get my installation working?

Thanks to the Invision Power support this problem is resolved by upgrading to 4.1.12.
