Assigning Moderators

Again, I am new to IPS Board AdminCP.

How do I go about assigning Moderators to specific Forums, rather than have them Moderating the whole board?

Ill add another question here:

I see that Members can add a Location in Account Settings/Profile. Is there any way to have that Location show up under Avatar on their Replies/Posts and not just on their Profiles?

Go to Staff, Moderators and deselect all then select what you want.
