Achievement In Motion Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 I haven't had any luck finding something of this sort, but to sum things up, I'm creating a gallery online store for art/ general merch. The content will be sold under contract between us *the gallery* and the artist. I have written up two separate contracts that I would love to somehow use an IPB based app to keep track of things. Yes I could do things the old fashioned way and have them personally sign the contract and send it in. However to cut back on hours spent going back and forth, id love it if we could have the artist create an account. Once the account is created, I can send them a request to sign a contract on their own time, making it as simple as all they have to do is hit an acknowledge button, and it prints their name within the contract and sets a date of the contract based on when it was signed. Within their profile it would tag the artist as having an active contract with us, and the artist can personally review their contract within their profile and have a button to download it as a pdf.
Joel R Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Check with @Mike John and his app Forms in the Marketplace.

The app form is pretty solid, sort of the type of integration I'm looking for except more of a contract based system vs. just applying however even then that would make a great application to grow a team.
Joel R Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 Another option for you to strongly consider is to use IP.Commerce. Once the user purchases the art, you can redirect the user to a special page where you can ask them to fill out an electronic contract or have them print and sign a PDF, and then also promote the user to a new membergroup. This ought to accomplish most of what you want. If you need to have everything done to your above specifications, then you will need to request custom coding from Marketplace developers. It's simply not built-in to the software to do what you want to do.

That is fair and iv had commerce for a while now, really playing around and fine tuning it to my liking, but I think you're right on this one.
