Is there a way to limit how many topics per hour per user

See above - (3.4 although curious if this is in 4 too). I have users who tend to spam multiple subforums with the same question .Is there a way to limit how many threads new users can start? I can't find the setting but I seem to recall maybe seeing it.

There isn't a way to do it per user, but there is for a group... edit your group and do the following:

• Click the Content tab
• Scroll down until you see Posting Limits
• Edit the number to your liking
