Sticky topic in IPB 4.

Hello guys, i have a ipb 4 forum, and i don't to make a sticky topic separated from other topic, sorry for my english, how i can to do this?

Within the topic, 'topic moderation' -> Pin

In the forum listing, select the topic then click pin.

Yea, but isn't like a global topic, i want to have a global topic like here:

When i pin my content i saw it on a single category

Well when i make an announcement, i don't saw that announcement like in picture is deformed and shy...tty :~) and appear on top of the chat
