Upgrade from IPB 3.4 to 4.1.11

Hello, I am currently getting this error in which I cannot figure out.

The missing text with an X should be uploads, when I try to do a fresh install there is not a single problem however when i try to upgrade this pops up and will not go away.  Please note that this file is indeed writeable.....

I *think* this might be related to IDM (IP.Downloads) Do you have this on your 3x site ?

I do not, I have nexus, and pages.  I am adding blogs with ipb 4, along with the other two

I'd suggest a ticket in the Client Area so a technician can take a look at this. I mentioned 'Downloads' application as I can recall one version would show this (but it would not actually stop the upgrade itself)
