Users cant delete their own posts?

My users are saying they cannot delete their own posts. I didnt see this under the member permissions settings.

You have to edit member groups settings instead.

From IPS Admin Control Panel, navigate Members > Groups, find the group that your member is belonging to. (default is "Members") and go to Content tab. Scroll down until you find "Can delete own content?" option.
