How to create Menu ?

When I am trying to create a new menu, I am getting a dropdown menu like this.

 

 

But I need the same menu in this format :

 

How to do this ? Plz help.

So, I need to create individual menu items and then drag-drop them under one main heading. Right ?

When creating these menu items, I need to select Menu Item Type as External Link. Right ?

no matter what you select external or whatever you just want to drag and drop under the menu you want that's all
