Option to Remove Avatars

Would it be possible to add the option to remove avatars from IPB. I want to disable uploads of any kind from members including avatars. Thank you.

This is already possible on a group basis. You would just need to disable it for all your groups. ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit your group -> Social tab -> for Maximum profile photo storage size select "do not allow photo uploads"
