4.1.9 - Adsense for Mobile Skin ?

I think 4.1.9 has only 1 default skin for both desktop & mobile (unlike 3.0 versions where separate mobile skin was provided).

Now, if I keep Adsense ads in the default skin, I suppose they will be too big when viewed in Mobile.

How can I implement separate sized ads for Desktop & Mobile.

(Note: I do not want to use Responsive Adsense ads)

For eg, I want to the users to see Leatherboard ad (728x90) when viewing in Desktop and half banner ad (234x60) when viewing the same page in Mobile.

Why wouldn't you want to use responsive ads? You can use CSS and control what size ads you  want to display
