HTML not showing in 4.1.9?

Pretty sure I'm missing something very obvious...but I keep pasting raw html into my posts and it's not showing - it's just spitting back out the same raw code. 

 

I do see the Source button in the post toolbar.

 

I have already ensured that the member groups have the ability to post HTML enabled.

 

I see no forum permission settings specifically to allow HTML. Am I missing this? If so, can someone walk me through where to find it?

 

What else could I be missing...something (like the old checkbox on 3.x versions)?

What was the Solution? I actually have the same issue....

Click the source button (which can be seen if the group 'can post html') and then paste the html code in.
