quick question. How do I disable user uploads.. images etc.

I don't want users to be able to upload anything for the site. How do I turn that feature off? For both regular attachments as well as profile photos/avatars.. etc

Edit a group, go to the content tab, turn off 'can upload attachments', and the social tab turn off 'can upload a cover photo' and set the 'Do not allow photo uploads' checkbox.
