Please, add these types of INLINE (internal) notifications ^_^

  1. (for admins) When someone created support request
  2. (for admins) When someone replied to support request
  3. (for admins) When someone replied to support request you are following
  4. (for admins) When someone rated your answer in support request
  5. (for users) When staff replied to your support request
  6. (for users) When staff changes status of your support request
