VB4 Downloads Converter into IP Downloads?

Hey guys, long time IPB user here however no experience with doing this.

I am looking at taking over a VB4 site that uses a downloads plugin.  I would like to convert the forum to IPB 4, and ideally use IP Downloads.

Is there any converter out there that can do that? (VB4 downloads to ipb downloads).... or how much pain in the butt would it be to do?

The downloads II app is currently only supported by our 3.4.x converter application, you would need to install 3.4.9, and the converter app, then convert both VB4 and Downloads II, then once that is completed, you can then upgrade to IPS4.
