Where to set prefixes or closed tags?

Where do I go in 4.1.8.1 to adjust my prefixes per forum?  They seemed to transfer over from 3.x but I can't see where to change them?

Hello @RocketFoot,

I believe tags are done while creating the content. Click the tag feature while creating a new post to manage tags.

Did that help any?

I found it...you have to first switch settings to Closed Tag System and then you can add tags under each forum's settings.

oh right does this then mean they have to choose one of our chosen tags per forum ( assuming we can have different tags for each forum that is otherwise not much use)

 

actually it doesnt look like we have the choice of a closed tag system anymore in 4.  I can find anything anyway
