2checkout authentication failud

Hi,

I try set up the payment method for 2checkout, but I do not why can not validate my user name and password, appear message AUTHENTICATION FAILUD.

I have a user created with API access(like the guide teach), and the password is correct.

Hey bud. Was curious if you followed the setup guide here? 

sometimes theres an odd step that the guide covers.

I recently do it again, follow the guide,

1. Redirect to the 2checkout user name creation page, create user name and password.

2. Return to payment method page, select 2checkout option, fill with user name and password, and enter.

Result: Return to the second step page(fill api user name and password), does not go to the next step,

I do not why....
