See first post of topic highlighted on every topic page/pin

With some long topics it would be a great option to see the first post highlighted at the top of every page of that topic for reference.

That, or a "pin post in topic" option that did the exact same thing but let you choose the post. But in most cases, for me, this would be post #1. So highlighting the first post would be a great option.

Could be a per forum setting, or a "after x pages, enable" setting.

We're not going to do this specifically, but we do have larger plans for content tagging (including posts.) For now, the marketplace addresses this:
