Just upgraded to 4.1.8.1 | can't get to block manager

Like the title says, I cannot see the arrow on the front end to get to block manager, I cannot figure out how to add online users at the bottom of the page, gallery image widgets, or a recent posts plugin I bought, and installed.

 

Please help!  Invision customer since 2001!

In any case, it's a Moderator permission. ACP -> Staff -> Moderators. Edit your User or Group listed there and enable the block manager permission.
