Back To Top of Page

Is there away to add a back to top button on the on the forums home page and inside category page? I see several post's suggesting "Go To Top 1.0.2" plugin but that's for inside a post bit I want it for the main forums and category page.

That works but i was kind of wanting it to be placed with in the forums table beside home link refer to image below.,but thanks for the link I may use it for now.
