How can I add Scotland and Wales into Geolocation?

The list is hardcoded to the "ISO 3166-1" list (which is a standard list) - this is because pretty much all of the ways it is used (for example, sending the data to payment gateways in Commerce, etc.) expect it to use that list, and our reverse IP lookup uses it too.

@rookiegirl For Scotland and Wales (and England and Northern Ireland), choose "United Kingdom".

@Adriano Faria British Indian Ocean Territory is present in \IPS\GeoLocation, but we don't have a flag icon for it (which is a separate thing). This is simply because the icon pack we use doesn't have one.
