merge two ips4 sites

hay all im wanting to know if its even possible to merge two ips4 sites running the latest version .

if it is how in the heck do i do it ?

I did mine back in 2013 using the converter tool....
Do yourself a big favor... back up the 2 sites and do the merge on them. If something breaks you still have the originals. I did it with 2 live sites and it led me on a path to hell and back.
