Insert block into article

Is it possible to insert a block into an article?
I already tried the tag "{block="block_id"}" in text mode and in HTML, but it didn't get parsed in the article.

I've multiple explanations and security warnings, which should show up in several articles. I would like to have them stored at a central place to easily maintain them. Also any other solution is welcome.

There must be a better solution than copying the same text over and over again and than change it in every article after a while.

Any idea? Any plugin?

I don’t think that is possible without a plugin. Without it you would have to break apart your articles and have specific places where you then could call blocks. But that might not work for the articles you intent to have. I don’t know them.
