Looking for posting setting

Hello. Where do i find that setting, where i can choose if user cant post formatted text or not?

Btw, all posting settings could be in same place

What do you mean by 'post formatted text'?

Do you mean 'post html' (which you can search for, and find, in the ACP and edit by group settings) or do you mean what happens when they paste in content from another site (which can be found in the Editor settings in the ACP)?

No, i mean remove bolding , italic etc when copypasteing
