Can i set max-lenght to nickname?

Then change the "Maximum display name length" setting - which may not be applicable to guests, which is what I assume "Vierailija" means. If it does mean guests, then test it yourself to confirm if the guest's profile name entered does or does not adhere to the value imposed....if it doesn't then log it as a bug.
