sachin123 Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 This feature is also missing in new ipboard 4.x which we used to have in 3.x
Nathan Explosion Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 Do you mean the feature whereby you can click/hold the title of a topic and then edit that title, then press return/enter to save that change? If so then it works fine on 4.1.5.2, and has worked for a while.
Colonel_mortis Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 It would be really useful in the IPS4 functionality (click and hold) to be able to cancel the edit, for example by pressing escape, if you decide that you no longer want to change it. I also think saving when you loose focus is a bit aggressive, and it might be better if there were just tick and cross buttons added next to the input to allow you to save or cancel, while also facilitating copying and pasting from elsewhere or checking something before it saves.

In that case you need to be more specific with your requests - what you really need to say is: Quote The option to click Topic Moderation -> Edit Title (in 3.4.x) doesn't exist in Moderator Actions (in 4.1.x) Instead, you have to edit the first post and modify the title on the resulting page, then submit the change.
