Require Real Name on Registration

Dear All

I would like new members who register on our forum to be required to enter their real name when completing registration. This information would then not be available to anyone other than the Administrators. Is it possible?

If it is, simple instructions would be appreciated

create the profile field 

field type: TEXT

Show on registration page?: YES

Show publicly on member's profile?: NO

Field required: YES

other options u can leave it as default
