Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted December 8, 20159 yr I was going to upgrade my test site to Suite 4.1.5.1. from 4.1.4.1 and I get an error. Table 'database.IPB4_core_view_updates' doesn't exist domain/applications/core/setup/upg_101019/queries.json - query #2 TRUNCATE `IPB4_core_view_updates` What does this mean? I'm missing a table in my database that it didn't make? Oh opening a ticket takes like days, I'm trying to work on this tonight.
December 9, 20159 yr The core view update table stores which item got viewed and a task runs ever x minutes which then updates the number of views in the table itself. You should enter in a ticket, that table existed in 4.1.4.1 so somehow it got dropped if it's missing.

I just blow away the install and install the updated install on my test site.
December 9, 20159 yr Might want to check to insure that table exists before the upgrade so if it's gone again you'll know it was there first.
