Moderator permissions stuffed up after 4.1 upgrade

Moderator told me this and then i logged into her account from the admin panel and confirmed it.

""I miss my power to edit threads? I can just edit my own posts. I also cant see my menu, I only see Moderation history. "

After an upgrade 4.0.x -> 4.1.x  need to edit templates of your theme.
