Thanks for the inquiry. Priority support was discontinued, but after feedback, we re-introduced it with a couple of changes. Yes, that is $100 in addition to the standard renewal. Premium support was discontinued entirely for new customers as we found it was not something we could effectively offer in a self-hosted environment.
