New forumers cant view the forum Help pls

So I tried my friend to register to my forum and this is what happens after the registration below the pic and also my friend cant also logout! Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it my database or installation or the permission settings?

That's caused by the Spam Service, given the error number (#1001). Your friend was flagged as a spammer.

If you believe that was an error, please file a ticket to Product Assistance with the details.
