IP.Board 3.2.3 and PHP 5.5 ??

Yes, I know our IP.Board 3.2.3 is egregiously out-of-date !
But will it be OK with an upgrade to PHP 5.5 which Site 5 is implementing soon ??

Or do I need to get my sorry buns in gear and upgrade IP.Board ?

I'm not certain whether it works or not, as that Board version is so old, but I do have to mention that we strongly recommend an upgrade to at least version 3.4.8.

The version you are using is no longer supported, and I believe there were one or two security updates that could not be patched in that old version, so it's important that that be addressed.
