BBCode not parsing after updating to 4.1

I was just wondering if there are any other steps to take to ensure that BBCode works right, I moved a site over from 3.4 to 4.0 and then 4.1 and I've noticed the BBCode in the forum text and on the pages isn't being parsed and is showing up as entered. Am I missing a step or was there something I should have done during the update (or maybe a mod) to get it to work?

Thanks to anyone that can help!

BB code is pretty much a thing of the past. The new editor doesn't use it.

Ah okay, I had no idea. Are there any options to convert the old code or something like that?

Most should have been converted to the html equivalent during the conversion. I only noticed a couple custom bb codes broke completely during the conversion.

I see what you mean, it looks like if I edit and then save the post automatically gets reformatted. Hmm, something must have happened during the upgrade that didn't get them to take. Are there any tools I should be looking at to re-run that conversion?

If you just now did the upgrade, it should actually still be running some processes in the background. Posts are being rebuilt, search index being rebuilt, etc...

Login to ACP and see if it shows any processes being ran in the background on the homepage there.

No, it says there are no background processes running and the upgrade was done weeks ago. Are there any tools that I should be looking at to re-run the conversion? I noticed support won't help with a test/dev installation but what about if I were to buy a second license, could I just use that on the dev site to get support?
