PLease create SUB FORUMS when there is a major IPB release

It gets confusing when there is a major release of IPB (4.0.13.1 to 4.1 as an example) and clients are posting problems for the previous release along with clients posting problems with the new major release.

Or maybe just use the tag function and tag it with the version prefix.

This isn't from IPB/S but the theory would be the same (either users input it, or have a choosable list)
