Click the Support tab on the left side, then when you get to the page where it asks you what you need on the far right hand side there are two links, one to view the system logs and one to view the error logs. Have a look at these. 2. As an alternative connect via FTP and look inside /uploads/logs for the error log file. 3. If you're struggling / not sure just submit a support ticket in the Client Centre for assistance with this.
