Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Ryan Boyd Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 Hello, I had a normal IPS License. Today I bought Nexus and I can't see it installed or auto-updated. I refreshed my license key data etc... it showed a tick (check) next to Nexus. Do I have to redownload the IPS files and upgrade it? And will I loose any of my data? Thank you Best regards UKF
Daniel F Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 Yes, you have to redownload the package. You don#t have to reupload everything. It will also work if you reupload only the applications/nexus directory to your ftp. Once the upload finished, go to your ACP => System => Applications, where "Commerce" should be shown in the " Applications not currently installed" area
