How disable " for IP.Content?

Hi!

When I insert the field into your template like so:

{$record->customFieldDisplayByKey('education_speaker')|raw}

The site field value is substituted between the quotes signs. Here it is:

"<a>Speaker</a>"

From these quotes code on the page is not compiled. How fixed it?
