Problem with cron and chmod task.php

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the file task.php

After setting chmod 777 in ACP still displays an error.

Can you send me task.php (ver.4.0.13.1) with chmod 0777?

If you have root access (via local machine or SSH etc)

Copy paste that line into the terminal do the tasks run then ?

Also you should contact support if you're certain that the permissions are set correctly check parent directories too.
