Upgrade to 4.0.13.1 - NO_STEP Error!

I upgrade our forums to 4.0.13.1, for the most part everything went smoothly except a few files which failed to copy the first time. Anyway the upgrade process continued right up until a regular upgrade would finish, but instead of finishing it gave me a NO_STEP error. The forum is working, and they application tab in the ACP says 4.0.13.1, so I assume it finished, but just threw the error anyways. My main worry is if this is an issue, and  I am worried that when 4.1.0 is released that we may run into issues. 

 

Any ideas? Or is it really nothing to worry about?

I would suggest filing a ticket to Support with the exact details of what occurred.

It's possible all is well, but it's best that someone check that to be safe.
