predefined topic tag on creating a thread

I was in another forum site and I found that they have a feature that next to the thread title there was a tag u choose  for like free or paid or trade or sell or buy and stuff like that is this possible in IPS can someone make this plugin ?

I find this useful for website like have alot of selling and buying or question or services it would be great to have this

That looks like its for Xenforo but you can check out the excellent Advanced Tags & Prefixes by @Ryan H., which I use and is excellent.
